In the current environment of modernization, economy, and desire to boost output, it is leaving very little soace for many arts and craft forms to thrive. Therefore it is necessary to preserve India’s cultural diversity and promote the economic viability of the artisan’s community. By working with arti- sans, researching the change of crafts through technical and design intervention, and encouraging livelihood sustenance through marketing, this center strives to connect Education, Industry and Tradition while conserving the cultural identity through Collaboration.
